PE Consulting Engineers have again been working in conjunction with Jared Poole Design Architects with this GemLife over 50’s lifestyle development.
GemLife Clubhouse Palmwoods is set within the picturesque hinterland of the Sunshine Coast.
Like many of the Gemlife Resorts, this clubhouse boasts a multitude of facilities for all retirees to enjoy and relax. Comprised of a tennis court, undercover lawn bowls, cinema, dance hall, stage, heated swimming pool and a beautiful boardwalk.
For this project, PECE is providing Electrical, Mechanical & Dry fire Engineering Services.

PE Consulting engaged with Raunik Designs for the Lindisfarne Anglican School Senior Centre in Terranora NSW.
We provided Essential Energy & Mechanical Services throughout the building.
Pellicano
Berwick House is a spectacular 8-storey residential building.
The development has a rooftop oasis pool, yoga lawn, BBQ areas and stunning views of Brisbane's CBD.
Berwick house has 110 build to rent apartments.
Situated in the middle of Brisbane’s bustling night life precinct and is surrounded by renowned restaurants and bars.

Situated Brisbane’s Bowen Hills, Perry House comes at no extra cost with its complexity and upmarket feel. This is Pellicano's third project within its $172 million build-to-rent project.
These 77 hotel style living build to rent apartments are accompanied by a communal rooftop space, lap pool and spa, gym and a space for those who work from home. In addition to the remarkable facilities, the ground floor will engage the community with retail and hospitality spaces.
The expected completion of this project is September 2022.
